Creative marketing communications agency Wray Ward has promoted Brian Gainey and Ashton Nichols from project management coordinators to project managers.

Gainey began his career providing marketing and rebranding strategies to startup companies, working with them to establish a vision and action plan for execution. He joined Wray Ward as an intern and quickly became an integral part of the client engagement team. Gainey graduated from Johnson & Wales University, where he earned a B.S. in marketing and a minor in advertising.
Nichols has extensive experience in the construction, interior design and textile industries. Before joining Wray Ward, Nichols worked as a project coordinator at C.L. Help Architect and an account manager at Stark Carpet. While at Wray Ward, Nichols has successfully navigated multifaceted client projects while bringing an endless amount of passion and enthusiasm to the client engagement team. Outside of the office, Nichols enjoys pursuing artistic endeavors. Her custom work has been featured in homes and restaurants around Charlotte. Nichols graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.A. in art history.
