Wray Ward has named integrated project management expert and digital producer Adam Bartimmo to the new post of vice president, director of delivery, a position created to maximize the agency’s production and process efficiency and effectiveness.
“Adam’s experience and vision will play a key role as we continually optimize for emergent digital intelligence and agency growth,” said Jennifer Appleby, president and chief creative officer of Wray Ward, which is uniting its high-functioning teams of project management, production and digital ad ops in a single department under Bartimmo’s leadership.
“Our industry is evolving at lightning speed, and with Adam’s new role and the unification of our results-driven delivery functions, we’re better positioned to deploy new agency capabilities and resources in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment,” Appleby said.
Bartimmo is a strategic thinker well-versed in guiding projects from concept to activation. He began his career in integrated project management, digital production and agency account management in New York City with agencies Dentsu and R/GA before relocating to Miami with SapientNitro. He later launched his own integrated project management consultant group (ALB Digital Production) in Raleigh, North Carolina.
With experience in industries from home to healthcare and tourism to technology, Bartimmo brings to Wray Ward a proven ability to focus on identifying and optimizing the tools and talents needed to drive successful solutions.
“Project managers, producers and production managers form the backbone of an agency, and my focus is to be the champion for delivery and the tools these individuals need to make great results happen,” Bartimmo said. “Wray Ward understands how to take great creative ideas and turn them into real results, and I’m excited to help drive that process.”
A culinary lover, Bartimmo holds bachelor of science and associate of science degrees in business management and culinary arts from Johnson and Wales University as well as a master of science degree in organizational management and human resources from Manhattanville College.
