Responding to a growing client roster and dynamic marketing communications landscape, Wray Ward has added three new members to its client engagement account leadership and project management teams. Joining the agency are Brandon Miller as account lead, Justin McKeon as senior project manager and Rebecca Scott as project management coordinator.
“As our clients and projects continue to grow in size and complexity, our client engagement team is more crucial than ever in managing strategies, workflows and relationships,” said Rob Horton, vice president and director of client engagement for Wray Ward. “This trio brings significant experience in brand building and project management that will help us continue to deliver better-performing work for our clients.”
Miller brings more than 16 years of marketing experience in the building products and home/family categories to Wray Ward. Most recently, he was director, product marketing at TTI Floor Care North America, leading product development and strategic marketing for Hoover Vacuums. Miller began his career with Newell Rubbermaid and its Charlotte-based Irwin Tool brand in roles including channel and marketing manager.
He also spent several years in project management and marketing for Peachtree Builders in Charlotte, and as senior product marketing manager for Britax Child Safety. Miller is a graduate of Western Carolina University.
A senior project manager, McKeon will tap into his critical thinking skills and careful attention to detail to guide client programs for seamless execution. He began his career as a developer, designing and building online ads and websites for various production studios in Hollywood and Santa Monica, California. In 2011, he transitioned into project management as a producer for a Los Angeles-based agency that created collateral for Hollywood studios like Sony, WB and Showtime.
Most recently, McKeon was a project manager for a West Coast design firm that specialized in large-scale, CMS-driven websites and marketing solutions targeted at top-tier AM Law 100 legal firms. He earned a dual degree from Syracuse University in marketing from the Whitman School of Management and media production from the Newhouse School of Public Communications.
Scott comes to Wray Ward from her role as event manager for VIP hospitality programs for large scale sporting events. In this client facing role, Scott worked with budgets up to $3 million managing detailed timelines and deliverables. She worked with brands including the NFL, NBA, Formula 1, Churchill Downs and the UFC.
Scott, a graduate of Clemson University, has served as the lead manager for client programs at national and international events including Super Bowl 50, the 2016 Kentucky Derby, the 2015 NBA All-Star Game and multiple UFC fights.
