Wray Ward Client Engagement Team Grows By Two

Agency News

Creative marketing communications agency Wray Ward has hired Kennedy Vaughan and Brian Gainey as project management coordinators.

“Kennedy and Brian bring contagious enthusiasm and fresh perspectives to client collaboration and brand objectives,” said Rob Horton, vice president and director of client engagement for Wray Ward. “Their ability to think critically and to assess a project at a micro level by delving into the details will serve our clients well.”

Vaughan brings seven years of experience to her role. Prior to joining Wray Ward, she worked with well-known retail brands Belk, Neiman Marcus and Peter Millar, where she managed accounts including sales forecasts and goals. Vaughan enjoys working in fast-paced, dynamic environments that require her to stay on her toes and think outside of the box. As a project management coordinator, Vaughan will help facilitate and manage resources to achieve client goals.

Vaughan graduated from Meredith College in 2008 with degrees in business marketing and fashion merchandising. She looks forward to becoming reacquainted with her hometown of Charlotte during her free time.

Prior to joining Wray Ward, Gainey provided marketing and rebranding strategy to more than 20 startup companies. He enjoyed partnering with these companies to help them establish a vision and clear path to execution. As a project management coordinator at Wray Ward, Gainey will assist in pitching presentations and crafting proposals.

Gainey graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a B.S. in marketing and a minor in advertising. In addition to his position with Wray Ward, Gainey also enjoys spending time in nature and volunteering in the Charlotte community.
