Preleasing has begun at Crescent Cool Springs, a 252-unit multifamily community that will give Nashville’s historic Franklin suburb a luxury apartment living option designed to foster a live-work-play balance through its carefully selected location, amenities and features.
“When Crescent Cool Springs opens this summer, it will give residents the balance they crave - short commutes to work, ways to connect with friends, and easy access to everything they like to do,” said Ben Collins, vice president of the Carolinas and Tennessee for Crescent Communities’ multifamily group.
Crescent Cool Springs is located at the intersection of Carothers Parkway and Resource Parkway just off Interstate 65 with close proximity to more than five million square feet of Class A office space and the region’s leading employers. The community’s village-like design creates an urban feel and includes convenient suburban features such as a selection of attached garages.
Direct access to pedestrian-friendly sidewalks and walking and biking trails will connect residents with jobs, shopping and rich amenities in the Crescent Cool Springs community. The community’s numerous outdoor spaces feature amenities including a resort-style pool, grand outdoor fireplace and gas grilling areas. Beautifully landscaped walking paths complement the state-of-the-art fitness center, which includes a dedicated CrossFit gym as well as a cardio and strength training circuit with 19-inch screens and Internet connectivity to accommodate residents’ active lifestyles.
Apartment homes are available in studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom units and are appointed with granite countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, luxury vinyl wood flooring, stainless steel appliances and USB outlets to allow residents to easily re-charge.
“The Franklin community strikes a perfect balance between big-city style and small-town charm, and we designed Crescent Cool Springs for people in search of that way of life,” Collins said.
Leasing is being managed by Greystar, with information available at www.crescentcoolsprings.com.
The community is financed with equity from Crescent Communities and CNL Growth Properties, Inc., which has invested more than $275 million to date in multifamily properties including three in partnership with Crescent Communities.
