The 29th Annual Major Achievement in Market Excellence (MAME) Awards presented by the Home Builders Association of Charlotte (HBAC) has recognized Crescent Communities as developer of the year. Crescent also earned awards for master-planned community of the year and community signage.
“Crescent is committed to developing well-planned communities where residents can live a balanced life,” said James Martin, vice president of Crescent’s residential group. “These awards are a nice testament to the team that brings that vision to life every day.”
In addition to being named Developer of the Year, Crescent won in the Community of the Year – Master Plan category for its Springfield community in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Crescent also received a silver award in the Community Signage – Developer category for the entrance monument in Phase 3A of its Chapel Cove community on the Lake Wylie waterfront in North Carolina.
The MAME Awards competition recognizes the achievements of new homebuilders and developers, building superintendents and new home salespeople as well as a variety of new home marketing categories. Crescent and other winners were honored at a program at the Ritz-Carlton in Charlotte this summer.
