Crescent Communities has opened Crescent Terminus, a 355-unit, luxury apartment community that marks the first apartment-living option in the Terminus development of Buckhead. Crescent Terminus offers best-in-class amenities and front-door access to Atlanta’s most exclusive neighborhoods.

Crescent Terminus is financed by an equity investment from Crescent Communities and construction financing from JPMorgan Chase & Co. DPR Hardin Construction is the general contractor. The project architect is Lord Aeck Sargent, with interiors designed by Vignette Interiors and landscape architecture by LandDesign. Civil engineering was performed by Kimley-Horn. Greystar is the property manager.
