Crescent Communities is now preleasing Crescent Bayshore, a 367-unit, luxury apartment community set to open in June. Moss & Associates is the general contractor. The project architect is MSA Architects, with interiors designed by Vignette Interiors and landscape architecture by Dix.Hite+Partners. Civil engineering was performed by King Engineering. Crescent Bayshore is professionally managed by Greystar.
