LOL (Leading Or Lagging)?

Are you ready and willing to let more voices communicate and shape your brand over time?

Leading organizations are embracing this trend, and they are giving up tight control even when and where they don’t have to, but they are listening and responding.

Lagging organizations are holding onto the illusion that tight control is still possible.

Consider a looser grip, and you’ll have the possibility to turn fear of negativity into something positive (and profitable).
