Of note as of February 2010:

• 400 million users
• 70 percent of users are NOT in the U.S.
• 19.5 million users in Indonesia (3^rd) and 18.6 million users in Turkey (4^th)
• 1.5 million local businesses have active pages
• 5 billion pieces of content shared each week
• 60 million status updates posted every day
• 55 minutes per day spent on Facebook by the average user
• 500 thousand active applications
